Yes, but it’s reasonable. Shipping charges are often displayed during check.
Do I have to enter billing and shipping information each time I place an order?
If you are a registered user on JConceptZ, we give you the option to choose whether you want us to save us your address or not during check out. It’s your choice and all saved addresses can be always be updated at any time.
I really don't want it, tell me how to return it?
We want you to keep your order but won’t stress you out about returns.
All we ask is that you don’t wear it, take the original tags or accessories off.
Send your merchandise back by dropping it off at a DHL office closest to you. Don’t forget to address it to JConceptz.
Call, text or email us once you return your order and we’ll process your refund as soon as we receive it.
